Allied Real Estate Schools

Formerly a budget-focused online real estate education provider in Texas — as of this check, Allied has exited the Texas pre-licensing market.

⚠ Resolved: we checked Allied’s own site directly and found the answer to why they don’t appear in TREC’s pass-rate report: Allied’s Texas pre-licensing page (alliedschools.com, checked 2026-10-26) now states, verbatim: “We’re now partnering with Colibri Real Estate… to provide Texas real estate pre-licensing courses” and that current/former Allied Texas students should continue their coursework through that partnership. In plain terms: Allied no longer independently offers Texas pre-licensing courses — new Texas students are directed to Colibri Real Estate instead. That is why no Sales Agent exam data for “Allied” appears in TREC’s current report.

Fair Comparison: Pros & Trade-offs

A pros/cons comparison isn’t meaningful here since Allied doesn’t currently sell its own Texas pre-licensing product. If you’re comparing “Allied-branded” education against other options, you’re effectively comparing Colibri Real Estate, which now delivers that coursework.

Recommendation before publishing: consider removing this page and the Allied row on the homepage entirely, or keeping this page solely to explain the redirect (as done here) so visitors who search for “Allied” aren’t left with a dead end.
