This page explains exactly how we collect data, score providers, and keep the process the same for every school listed — including Champions School of Real Estate, which owns and operates this directory. If you believe any figure here is inaccurate or outdated, contact us using the details on our Disclosure page and we will correct it.
Per TREC’s own advertising rule (§535.65(c)(1)(C)): “it is misleading to include information provided in this table in any advertisement unless the advertisement also contains the percentage results shown below and the number of exams taken and passed in the same type size and prominence.” We apply that standard sitewide — every pass-rate percentage on this site is shown next to an equally-sized exam-count figure, never alone.
We do not have a data source yet for student-review sentiment claims made in earlier drafts of this project. Any “student satisfaction” or review-aggregation score must either cite a specific, checkable source (e.g., a named review platform with a link) or be removed before publishing.
“Allied Real Estate Schools” could not be matched to a provider name in the current TREC report as of 2026-10-26 — see its directory page for the required follow-up before publishing.
Every provider page is built from the same template and the same four factors, applied consistently regardless of which school is being described:
We always show the pass percentage next to the number of exams it is based on, so a small sample isn’t mistaken for a statistically stable trend.
Online-only, hybrid, or classroom-based, and what live human support (if any) is included.
How long you can access purchased coursework before it expires or requires a renewal fee.
Whether the provider offers Pre-Licensing only, or also SAE, CE, and Broker-level coursework.
Because Champions School of Real Estate owns this directory, we hold our own listing to the same evidentiary bar as competitors:
TREC publishes updated Exam Passage Reports monthly. We target a monthly refresh cadence to match — pulling updated pass-rate and exam-count figures for every listed provider at least once a month, and sooner if a provider's terms (pricing, access windows, format) change. Each provider page displays a “data last verified” / “checked [date]” citation reflecting when its specific figures were last pulled.
